Terms of Service

Welcome to KSBraid (https://ksbraid.com). By using our website, booking hair styling services, or using video publishing automation tools, you accept these Terms of Service.
1. General Provisions
The KSBraid service allows online booking of appointments for braiding and hair styling services in Gdańsk, and also provides tools for content automation and synchronization via the API of external social platforms.

2. Use of Automation Tools and API Integration
When using video publishing features and OAuth authorization, you agree to:
- Use integrated APIs exclusively for lawful purposes.
- Comply with Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Copyright rules of connected social platforms.
- Not publish prohibited, harmful content or content violating the rights of third parties through the service.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full copyright and ownership of any original video materials, photos, and files published or transmitted through our service.
4. Limitation of Liability
Service features and automation tools are provided on an "as is" basis. KSBraid is not responsible for:
- Temporary service disruptions resulting from network failures.
- Account restrictions, changes in API access, or actions taken by external social networks.
- Loss of local data resulting from the user clearing browser cache.
5. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to restrict access to service features in case of violation of these Terms.
6. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to introduce changes to these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes full acceptance.
7. Payments and Service Fulfillment
Online payments for service bookings and access to automation tools are available on the website. Payments are made in the form of a prepayment (deposit) or full amount via the Tpay system.

The payment operator is Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. based in Poznań (plac Andersa 3, 17th floor, 61-894 Poznań), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000412357, NIP 7773061579, REGON 300878437.
Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policies:
- Booking requires payment of a deposit within 48 hours of sending the payment link. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and the time slot will be released.
- In case of reservation cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the paid deposit is non-refundable.
- The deposit is also non-refundable if the materials or hair necessary for the execution of the visit have already been ordered or purchased by KSBraid.
- Rescheduling an appointment for a valid reason or with 24 hours advance notice is possible only once — solely because KSBraid has a good heart. Each subsequent rescheduling involves the forfeiture of the deposit.
- In case of reservation cancellation by KSBraid, the client will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
8. Withdrawal from Contract and Refunds
- In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, when concluding a contract at a distance, the consumer has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to exceptions arising from legal provisions.
- A withdrawal statement must be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: [email protected] or by mail to the company's registered office address (ul. Rogalińska 23A/9, 80-809 Gdańsk).
- Regarding services (hair braiding and styling): The right of withdrawal does not apply after the service has been fully performed, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the consumer's explicit consent. Cancellation, resignation, and appointment rescheduling rules are governed by Section 8 of these Terms.
9. Complaints
The user has the right to file a complaint regarding the hair services provided or the operation of automation tools.

The submission should contain a description of the problem and the user's details. The Administrator will consider the complaint and inform the user of the decision within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
10. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of the KSBraid service shall be resolved by competent courts in Poland.
